Asthma is a complex heterogeneous disease, the development of which determined by interaction many predisposition genes and environmental factors. Many epidemiological studies have shown that single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in FCER1B (rs1441586), FCER2 (28364072), ADAM33 (rs528557) are associated with risk asthma.
